Hi, I'm Evelyn Hioe - your local Durham Region and Greater Toronto Area (GTA) REALTOR®.
Born and raised in Pickering, Ontario, I have spent the majority of my life as a resident of the Durham Region, where I currently reside. For nearly 5 years, I have also lived in downtown Toronto. Through these personal experiences, I have developed an understanding and appreciation for both urban and suburban living, and the true and distinct qualities each have to offer.
In 2020, I obtained my Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University's Real Estate Management program. With my extended educational background and passion for real estate, I use my specialized knowledge to provide my clients with the most current, up-to-date, and reliable information in the industry. This enables my clients to stay educated and informed when making decisions.
